This was a fun one! Started by duplicating bkgr layer and setting it to multiply. Lots of cloning, and adding texture to cloned areas. Once repairs were made, face seemed a little flat, so I made loose selections on face where high lights would occur, feathered selection and pasted on new layer setting to screen at reduced opacity. Made a gradient channel going up from bottom right corner to use as a selection to do the ol' copy, paste, multiply trick to darken the corner up a bit, drawing more attention to the girl and even things out aesthetically. To get a sepia color I liked, I duplicated final composite layer, desaturated and reduced opacity to let some of the original yellow-orange color show thru.
