Basically a simple matter of hacking away with healing brushes and cloning and only replacing what absolutely must be replaced. I resisted the temptation to alter the coloring too much…contrary to suggested this wasn't a hand-colored pic..but the older films did have some peculiarities..like ghastly greens and brighter reds…trying to re-color them to today's standards almost never works out well.
