I think on the clean up you did fantastic! The only suggestion I would make is to run a levels adjustment to bring out more contrast. Very nice job.

You're welcome. It's really cool to see that some things I do are helpful in some way...

The repair looks really good. Nice job of cloning/healing.

The only thing I'd add to DJ's contrast suggestion is that it's a little soft and concave looking on the left side of the face by the mouth.
