Extracted the skull from the backround. Selected the teeth-layer via copy. Did a hue-saturation adjustment. I made an eye with an action I have and resized it to fit. Duplicated the layer for the other side. I masked the skull for the eyes to show through. Did a small layer bevel on the skull. The flames and smoke are Eye Candy effects.
