This is my first submission. I teach photoshop on a regular basis and have developed a side passion for this stuff.
Tess:
1. Used levels and desaturated it using Lab luminosity channel.
2. Worked on the paper wrinkles with healing brush.
3. Rebuilt Tess's face with the healing brush, clone stamp and burn dodge tools.
4. Built depth and definition back into the photo by taking the different sections copying to new layers and individually applying overlay with opacity to each.
5. I thought that there should be more contrast to bring out the concrete post so I copied that to a new layer and screened it.
6. I copied out Tess's dress and blurred it then used a mask to lightly brush it back in some to help with smoothing the dress.

This consumed me one evening but I haven't got anymore time to work on it. So hope this goes over well.

Beautiful job, Desirea. Glad you decided to jump in here with us...

Hi! Desirea
An excellent job, her face is exceptional, perhaps too good, as it no longer appears to be in the same plane as her body, think of a carnival cardboard cutout that people stick their heads through.
