ArtWork 3 problems

I sent this same message via email to support@akvis.com but have not had a reply:

I just installed the Standalone ArtWork 3 in the Applications folder of my Mac. I opened the app and clicked on the "I" (info button) and it showed my license for the Home Deluxe version.

Here are the Problems:

Problem 1:
When I clicked the Continue button the interface appears but all the menu items are greyed out. I had to force quit to get out of the app. If I do not click on the "I' button, all the correct menu items appear and are not greyed out.

Problem 2
If I open an image, apply a preset, run it, and save it, and I want to exit the app, then the AKVIS ArtWork/Quit AKVIS Artwork button is greyed out and I have to again force quit.

Please advise me.

thank you for the report!
Right now we are working on 2nd problem, and I will write when it's solved.
Meantime please use the left red button to close ArtWork app on mac.

As for 1st problem, unfortunately we can't reproduce it. The menu (do you mean the top menu here?) works regardless of the "I" button. We will continue testing and if we see this "effect" we will be able to fix it.

I was referring to the "I' icon (third icon from the right in the graduated grey Menu bar at the top). (attachment 1 - "Menubar" below)

A new window pops up "AKVIS Artwork" and gives me what is shown in the second attachment named "Inform"

In the Force Quit popup it shows that Akvis Artwork is still responding.

Fixed! Soon the versions at the website will be changed.
I will write when the files are available for download.

Now you can download the fixed version.

We've fixed it in both Sketch and ArtWork and replaced the files.
