I'm relatively new at photoshop (about 6 months) and I have officially run out of close up portraits to practice on. All of our family photos are now as touched up as I can get them. Where can I find close up shots of peoples faces to practice on? I've tried stock xchange and google but they don't really have pictures like you would see on a makeup ad.
Thanks

Just curious if you have a camera why don't you take a self picture and work on that?
I sent 6 pictures to Danny upto now only 2 have been used, so many when he gets back to the forum he will add them so you and everyone else can work on.

I have tried taking pics of myself, but my camara isn't the greatest and it doesn't take close ups without blurring. There is never enough detail to work with.

There are several other areas on the web you can get pictures. One is:
http://www.morguefile.com/
As the site says, its a "creepy" name but it has roots in the publishing industry.
There is also this site:
http://gimp-savvy.com/PHOTO-ARCHIVE/
It has links to several copyright-free sites

Another source of pictures is to use Google/Images and use portraits as the search term. Another source is the library of congress
