I appreaciate there may be contractual as well as commercial reasons not to make the full text of your book available on line; but perhaps it would help keep the sales up to publish a concordance of the book on your web site? People could see for themselves how many pages each topic appeared on.

And I wouldn't have to post how-to questions in the other forum ROFL.

There is a table of contents on the web site, which I realize isn't what you are looking for:

http://hiddenelements.com/pe3book2.html#contents

I don't know that even I have the ability to do that in a meaningful way. I could probably come up with an index, and maybe could even make that searchable.

What exactly is it that you would need it for, and how would you find it useful?

As for putting the entire text on the site...well, that would almost be silly--even if I could. Why would people buy the book if they could get it for free?

It's not such an outrageous idea. This guy had some success, and I bought two of his books (not that that is a definition of success!):

He claimed if it's a good book people will still want to buy it and that people reading his books on the web before the printing made suggestions that made the book better.
