Firstly if this is in the wrong forum apologies and could a mod please move it , as i wasn't sure where to put it.

Attached is a very small picture of my sister finishing the recent glasgow woman's 10k.

In short i would like to get it the best it can be and enlarge it. I know there are certain limitations that cannot be exceeded but just wondered what can be done.

It did have (ahem) text across it which i've removed..but i wondered what enhancements can be made.

I also have a friend that says he has a program called fractals or something like that that can enlarge this and i'll go chase him up at some point but i want this in the best state for enlarging that i can get it first.

Hope someone can help..
