I've called it: "Quick Enlarger".
Quick Enlarger is a plugin for enlarging pictures with a better quality than the default resize tool from Photoshop (and almost any other retouching software of that kind). This is especially interesting to improve printings.

It has a proprietary interpolation algorithm "Crispy Zoom" to get breathtaking enlargements

When I checked this out, I found that this is free for trial only. The trial version puts black diagonals across the pic, and if you want to use the full program, it's cost is $30.00. Since this is a first post from this member, I assume this is a pitch to sell a product (which I'm not saying is not good).
