I ocassionally get a super brush in a set but only want to add that brush to my working se t. I can't find how to do this in CS. I hope it's not something as obvious as cut and paste! :dizzy:

1. Load (append) the new brush set .abr
2. Delete (alt + click) the brushes you don't want from the new set
3. Save the updated working set .abr

Thanks, That was what I ended up doing. The brush was in a set of about 15. Is there a way to select multiple brushes so that they can be deleted all at once? Also... I have'nt been able to find any way to sort my brushes in photoshop. Any clues?

dws2434... What you are looking for is the preset manager.
Go to EDIT>PRESET MANAGER.

You can use it to select multiple items to delete or save out as their own set. This applies to Brushes, Swatches, Gradients, Styles, Patterns, Contours, Custom Shapes, and Tools.

The only thing you can't do is sort them, but you can manually drag them around into any order you want.
