Okay I am new at this and would like to know what I should calibrate first. I am using CS2, a Canon I560 printer with a Canon 4200f Scanner and an IBM G97 19inch Monitor. All this calibration stuff is kind of confusing me.

I'd start with the monitor, then the printer, then the scanner (you can't calibrate CS2). But ultimately it doesn't matter.
