Ok for photo manipulation and retouching photos i found a brilliant FREE program that does some lovely results.

See the original and the finished picture.

If you have ebay id i have a group where you can download lots of free programs for art and crafts.

But for now check the pictures out and download the program, it can work alone, but its a great asset for photoshop/Paint Shop Pro.

As its too big for me to add to the forum i have added it here to download from.
