Iīm not very good at drawing, and this is the only part of the photograph that I havenīt been able to restore. Iīve tried it several times, but Iīm not able to imagine the nose beneath that dark grey blur...

This crop is the original size, so if you decide to help me, please donīt resize it so I can just try to paste only those pixels over my original...

Please, help me with this nose, I honestly need it...

Thank you very much...

It is hard to get perspective with such little face, however I borrowed the tip of Ben Affleck's nose for this one

My best shot. This was a good exersize for the brain this morning!

I used mostly my healing brush and clone brush and a lil bit of air brush.

Not sure if "Mr. Mustache" really had a nose like this but I think he turned out handsome.

i started work on this and just before i posted my version, i saw loverly's. i thought it was a remarkable job, and probably closer to the truth than what i had, so i went back and altered mine some more. i still think loverly's may be closer than mine, but i offer mine as another option. it's going to be hard to get a truly definitive work though.

What more can I say. Honestly, thanks very much to the three of you, and specially for que quick response, as I need to print the final image by tomorrow morning.

With the 3 "versions" youīve given me, I can at last finish the work.

To be honest, I canīt even imagine how is it possible that in the third version posted, you can perfectly see the holes of the nose !!!

Again, thanks for helping me with this...

awwww thanks for the very nice compliments!

I haven't tried my hand at old photo restoration before so I thought I might as well get my feet wet and see what it feels like. I can't say it is my favorite thing to do but it gave me a nice sense of relief as well as satisfaction to give this poor man who had worked on his mustache so hard a nice nose to go along with it!

Glad to have helped while having fun!
