I am trying to get a specific screen shot (From Lord of The Rings). I've tried using Gadwin and ACDSee to no avail. They both only return a black box. For whatever reason, it's not seeing the output. Can anyone suggest how I might get a screen shot from a video?

If it is in DVD format, most of the DVD playback software has the ability to do a screen cap. WinDVD others provide this as an option, but you have to fish around a bit to find it from memory. There are a couple of other programs, but will look when I get home from work.
