Can anyone recommend a third party collection agency that they might have worked with in the past. So many look like cons. To sue or to send to collection...what do you think?

Im going through the same thing right now, love to hear others opinions on this.

As far as I know, flat rate of roughly a 3rd of the amount owed will be paid to the collection agency. 2nd, most of them do nothing other then to send letters to your client/customer, which you could easily do yourself.

I go through it about every 6 mos. I have to get heavy with someone. Mine is returning phone calls now so maybe, it will be alright. I hate the business side of business.
