I have been doing art for years but not at the extent all you gifted people do. I don"t have the programs alot of you do but I am learning to work around that.
I have a sunflower I have been working on for two weeks now and I think I have it. It was taken in the backyard of an artist friends house.
picture 1. shows it after I fixed the sky and worked with the lighting
pic 2. is just pencil - no sky fix - just chalk and pencil -Impressions
I showed her pic 2 and she said to darken the leftside more to show of the direction of the sun more.
pic three darkened parts to keep the sun showing as highlight.
I used judy's water color a and b with changes of opacity of layers.
please give me some feed back because I could keep working on a single picure forever.

I also am working on a pixcilated outdoor scene in hopes to help it.

I'm not really any good with feedback requiring criticism because to me all art is subjective. I only know that if I like something, then it meets my standards. :)

I definitely like your sunflowers. IMHO quit fiddling. They are quite nice as they are.

thank you both -I just didn't know if you can see enought painting texture even though it will be printed on summerset water color paper.
as far as a bigger picture to see I forgot how I did it. I thought the others would be that size too.
