I was wondering what people state on their website or publicity for conditions when doing retouch and restoration work. I am thinking of things like:

deposit
liability
terms
NSF fees
coverage for loss
refunds
time allowed for work
hours
customer satisfaction
etc.

Is there a generic "terms and conditions" that one can use? I would like to have something on my site (www.wesmoredigital.ca) that lists terms and conditions but not sure where to start. Is it bad form to use somebody elses (with permission) and alter as req'd? What are your thoughts?
