In case there are other folks (probably not) that try to play this with their mouse and never get anything moving, I'll tell you to use your keyboard to make him move. Of course, after he's had a few, he's a lot harder to control...

Another hint -- those railroad tracks don't have a 3rd rail, but they're TOO hot for Santa to handle!
