I know this isn't about retouching, but I am sure the smartest people who will know an answer to this are here :)

Does anybody know this font and what it's name is? I need to redraw the logo and my Illustrator is currently not working, so autotrace is no option :(

It's the german "Home Improvement" logo...

I put it through 'what the font' and it came up with:
1. Brown Condensed Display
2. Zurich Bold Extra Condensed
3. Brown Condensed
4. Impact
5. Impact MT

I'd say the closest is probably impact. But you can check it out yourself here:

The shape of the R for Impact does not match the design's. I think Brown Bold (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/shinn/brown/bold/charmap.html) is a better match.

By the way, I usually look here (http://www.smackbomb.com/famousfonts/) for that kind of search, but no luck this time.

It comes up with about 30 similar fonts but CG Alpin Gothic No.1 looks close
