Is there any way to import Gothic Glow into Photoshop Elements 4?

Can you tell me what it is and where you are getting it from?

That's a neat action. :) I tried getting it to work in Photoshop Elements 4.0 and had no luck. Looks like it was created in 2003 so I'm assuming it may only work in the older versions of Photoshop and Elements.
