I ran across this site today where I found a lot of interesting information on various topics.
www.PhotoAttorney.com
Unfortunately it is not easy to find specific information, but it is FREE! On the right side (near the bottom) check the Previous and Archives sections.
Important: Read the disclaimer verbiage. This is not a substitute for face-to-face legal advice.

For those in the UK, this is a very interesting read http://www.sirimo.co.uk/ukpr.php
Thanks for the link, Danny. I didn't get too far into it, but it seems to have some good info.

The July 7, 2008 podcast of photoshopusertv has a segment on photographers and usage laws on their photos. I found the material to be clear, concise and worth wading through the inane banter that preceded the segment.

This segment will only be posted for a week (July 7-July13, 2008), but can be purchased from the site for a nominal fee after the expiration date.
You can also check out Scott Kelby's blog. On it, he has posted the interview with the interview attorney--without the banter.

The attorney's name is Ed Greenberg. He is an intellectual property attorney based in New York.
