What is the best way to do pageant lashes?? The easiest? PLEASE EXPLAIN IN DETAIL :grin:

If you do a search on this forum for lashes or pageant you should find some old threads....one of which contains a set of brushes that one of the members made that are great. You just stamp them into a new layer so you can rotate/resize/mask as needed to fit the eye in question. That is the best I have seen so far, aside from hand drawing them in lash by lash which takes forever.
