thnxThe short answer is, "Yes."

But be aware that merely putting a brush into the clone brush library does not make it a "cloner" unless it has already has the prerequisite underlying properties/settings. (Disclaimer: I'm not knowledgeable enough to give you specifics in this regard. I can tell you that among the bazillion brush settings/options one known as methods, among whose options is cloner. Method = cloner is just a starting point.)

FYI...
Did you know that many non-cloner brushes can be made to "act like" cloners? To activate this feature for a given brush variant click the "Clone Color" button on the Colors palette. This button is next to the color swatches and looks like a 'rubber stamp.' Instant cloner.
