Hi,
How can I modify my settings on Photoshop CS2 so that the cropping tool doesn't jump around? It just won't go exactly where I want it.

Actually it's just trying to be helpful.
It will jump to any points that it "thinks" you might be interested in - such as the edges of an image, or even the edges of some drawn object.

If you don't want this just press <Ctrl>, then you can move around smoothly.
