Feedback on a "live scene" caught at a party.

I'm not exactly sure what you want for feedback. Obviously you manipulated a photo, but what were you trying to achieve?

I really like the posterized effect. It is very modern and hip image this way. It makes it more of a scene than a picture of people. How did you posterize this so everything looks right. I have only done quick ones and there is usually places that are all wrong. Now, I am inspired to try again and spend more time with it.
