Basically, from what I've seen here, the epson is the way to go. I am looking at the any of the following, all of which are Epson Perfection series.

Has anyone had first hand experience with any of these? Pros, Cons? Is it worth getting the more expensive 4990 pro instead of the 4490 or are the differences not worth the extra money? Basically, they all have digital ICE so that was the main thing I was looking at and the Vs go up to 6400 optical.

Any help would be wonderful.

4990 is the way to go. But don't take my word.
