| View Full Version : How rotate a picture in photoshop horizontally Gerald McClaren 04-19-2006, 10:55 PM I had scanned a photo that was taken vertically instead of horizontally. It was a 5x7. I would like to turn it horizontally so that I can work on it. Can someone please tell me how to turn this picture around in photoshop cs2. Gerald McClaren OnAir 04-19-2006, 11:03 PM Draw a line with ruler tool over the line of the picture, which suppoused to be horizontal, then go to Image - Rotate Canvas - Arbitrary. Desired rotate data should be already there, so you need just press OK.
