I have a massive job of going through over 3000 photos (B&W prints, 35 mm color slides and prints) all taken in the late 1940's, 50's and 60's. I am on a quest to find tutorials on how to color correct photos that have become either yellowed with age, or have some other color cast due to degradation over time, that can be done quickly. Any good ideas?

You may find that adjusting the black and white points with levels should get rid of a lot of the cast.
