One place to start might be a selective Hue / Saturation adjustment. I suggest that you post the image here if you would like specific recommendations. Regards, Murray c hurd 05-12-2006, 06:15 PM You can also try to add more red and yellow to the photo by using either Levels or Hue Saturation. Another way is to add a warm colored "filter" -- a red or orangish fill layer with a low opacity and blending mode of soft light. Also if she's very pale adjust the midtones of your levels to slightly darker. You can make a feathered selection around her face if you don't want to adjust the whole image -- just make sure it's a very large feather so it blends in well. aylaah 05-12-2006, 08:46 PM this won't really help you, lol but I have to say it is one of the best things about paint shop pro (the newest one, I used the trial version but stuck to Photoshop). The 'suntan' tool was just bliss, so easy, and instant tan - I used it a lot to darken a friend of mine who is South American but whose colour was lost in make up and lighting - it sent her straight back to how she really is. I was tempted to buy it just for that tool, lol. Arandel 05-13-2006, 10:37 AM I would, much like C Hurd, advice you to use a suitable blending option and light airbrushing. Specifics are impossible to provide as you forgot to attach the photo. |
