Well------
Went searching for any image to use, seen this one of a CAR (if only I had the Cash).
Added a levels AL to see details better.
Selected each headlight and copied to a seperate layer, then used Eye Candy Corona for the dazzling effect on each layer.
I was then going to delete the levels layer but thought it looked better there, so I left in in.
