Do you know any method to e-mail medical X-ray copies?
Is there any method ,program or plug in to do that?

X-rays are large negatives. Are you having trouble with the scanning or the emailing?

To scan them properly you will need a specialist scanner (Google Microtek
Scanmaker)
However it may be possible to get acceptable results on a normal scanner. Try a white card above the x-ray on a normal flatbed scanner. And switch off all the auto controls on the scanner software.

it's a specialized field as far as i know and not something we deal with a lot here. i do know my brother was involved with this sort of thing for a while, doing it for doctors and dentists and so on, but i doubt it was by email.

basically, it's a reverse image, like a camera negtive is, and would therefore respond to the same technologies to scan and send. since most home scanners wont handle anything that big you could either get something that would or go the other route and take a picture of it and scan that. but a picture of an x-ray is just not the same as the x-ray, so if you're planning on using that for medical reasons, i wouldnt.

on the other hand, i have seen at least one artist who is using x-rays as art. so, if that's your purpose then taking a pic and sending that shld be ok.

One popular software program that is used in the science community (for image processing and analysis) is called NIH Image. NIH stands for National Institute of Health. Originally developed for the MAC, a PC version is available. This software is free and available

I'm not sure if this software is the answer, but the developer of the NIH program has his e-mail address at the bottom of the homepage ----- maybe he can help.

you have scanned the x-ray film/neg like an ordinary photo not like I think you shoul scann it as an negative/dia-positive.

Since the image is black and clear, you will need (as Ken suggested) something white behind it. Otherwise nothing will show up.
