Has anyone seen the photos inside? The contrast and color clarity is simply amazing. Can anyone offer an insight on how such colors are achieved...i've previously heard of this thing called "crushing the blacks" to compress the Dynamic range, so that the tonal range is very rich in the pictures.

I'm sure many techniques were used (or could be used) but the one that struck me was her selective saturation of colors. This can be done pretty simply by adding a hue/sat layer, selecting the color to adjust (in this case reds) and then sliding the saturation slider. I then added a mask to the adjustment layer so it didn't affect his face.

To anyone who visited the site..did you notice a outside wedding photo of a couple taken from afar , where you see the grass with flower petals, and the bride and groom in the distance.. then that picture changes to the bride and groom coming together for a kiss but it seems like all else in the photo stays the same..something like an animation. How do you think this was done?? It is amazing to me. Does anyone know what they did to get that effect?? thanks Neb

huh? what about using a tripod and cutting the audience from the first picture?

Here are more examples- hmmm the hue/saturation layer maybe applicable in some cases- but somehow the colors look absolutely wonderful in the following link....any possible insight?1-The white balance is absolute spot on.... 2- Blacks are crushed....hmm what else?
