I've just tried to install a 30 day trial version of Genuine Fractals, and during the installation process I got a message telling me that the installer couldn't find iTunes.msi. I have no idea why Genuine Fractals requires iTunes.msi, and I removed iTunes from my computer after it was installed with QuickTime ages ago. I simply didn't want iTunes on my computer - I aleady have plenty of programs that does what iTunes does, and I hate being forced into accepting usless programs I don't want in order to have something I do want! Grrrrr!

Anyway, I want to try Genuine Fractals and so I decided to download iTunes to overcome the error message. Unfortunately, I get the same error when trying to install iTunes! What.The....???

Anyone know about these things? I'm running WinXP, if that helps. :(

Cheers!

Petra :)
