Hello graphic pros:

I am not as experienced with Photoshop as I am Illustrator, but I'm learning:)
I saw a cool action for the "wooden frames" posted on this site and thought they would look good around our band pics. However, when trying to apply a frame, I get the error message: "could not complete the command because the selected area is empty." Again, I'm just learning this complex program and am lost! Could/would any of you nice people lend your assistance here?!? Thank you for your patience.

I think you must fill selected area with any color, then you can apply the frame!
