because "free" suggests that you dont know what you are doing....kind of like a doctor offering free surgery...no thanks.

and, although your work is fairly good, some of the colors are very off, and you have blurred too much detail out of the models skin.

Where in god's name did you get that original image?

the lack of taking up on your offer is probably because here we're retouchers or restorers, not photographers etc so it probably isn't the best place to find some untouched work for your portfolio or a photographer in need of help :)
