Hi
I have just embarked on a job as a semi pro photographer and finnaly starting to get some work and commisions. A rescent shopping mall asked for some submissionf of there mall. two main questions

1: I have used photos of the public sitting at resturants ect and large area photos of the outer seating area, HOW do i stand for selling photos of members of the public even though i had permision of the mall ?

2: They intend to buy the photos for a one of price per unit is there any where i can get information or contracts for publishing or even an exsicting contract i could edit to suit myself ?

In UK law, they're your photos so you can do as you please. There is nothing in UK law that prevents taking photographs (even of people) in a public place (provided the subject is also in a public place - you cant stand in the street and use a zoom lens to take pictures of people in their homes ;) ). You can use those photos for anything you like.
