This is a "test" shot that I took of a little boy while adjusting my lighting. Later while looking through the images I decided that I liked it quite a bit except for the positioning of the left arm. What can I do to make the arm look better. I would like to make a 16x20 print on fine art paper as an end result.

You might want to take a look at cropping. If you crop just below the second shirt button it looks pretty good.
If not, try copying the right shoulder and arm, flip horizontal and paste it onto the left shoulder. You will have to clean up a bit with the Clone Stamp tool and extend the arm using the Clone Stamp tool, but it worked pretty well.

Did a cut and paste with his right arm, then a bit of erasing and cloning to blend.
Still needs a little work, but gives you an idea of what you could do.

Hi mfgriggs.
I copied his left collar to the right side and then copied his right shoulder to his left.
I also copied his right inner ear to the left and cleaned up his hair a little.
Adjusted levels and then added a diffused glow.
Sharpenend the eyes and cropped as Ken suggested.

when copying over his right side to his left, keep an eye on the shirt pocket...make sure it doesnt just fade off! or it will be one of those clone jobs that just stands out.
