I just finished up a tutorial on how to proceed in the retouching-process and you right showed us: A bit of patience and some time spent in the details gives results like this *standing ovations*

There are still some spots on her chin and cheek, but that's just tiny. Oh and the eyes are too white, they look unnatural. Had to add that ;)
