Hi I would like to know how to share the Paint Shop Pro plugin folder with two
Paint Shop Pro programs.
I have Paint Shop Pro 7 and psp 10 and would like to know how to set up the plungins for
both Paint Shop Pro programs with out haveing to install them all over again for both psp folders. I hope this makes sence. :dizzy:

Im pretty new to Paint Shop Pro, but catching on fast with help.

In your preferences menu somewhere (I only have PSP5 :cool: as a ref so things may be different for you) go to plugins tab/option in general preferences and type in/browse for the extra plugin directories you want to include in the space provided for extra directories/folders and you are away!

For example your plug-ins folder is C:\Plug-ins

For Paint Shop Pro X

You have to run the following command:

File->Preferences->File Location
Select from list "Plug-ins" item
Press "Add" button and choose C:\Plug-ins folder.
re-run Paint Shop Pro X


For Paint Shop Pro 7
run File->Preferences->File Location
Choose Plug-ins Filter tab.

Set folder 1,2 or 3 to C:\Plug-ins.

Re run PSP7.

Now you share C:\plug-ins folder for PSP7 and PSPX
