I was thinking about glaring and smoothing background, something has to be done with face.. dunno how to call it =/. Hope you can help me guys

Grenni, welcome to RP1 A simple Hue/Sat adjustment takes care of the color of his face. A small amount of sharpening helped. Looks like someone has already played with the eyes - they are all black with no detail left in iris / pupil and it looks like the whites have been whitewashed.
