Hello everyone.... I know that there was a similar post a week ago, I apologize for opening the same subject again...
Here the thing : I usually work with low res picture, I mean really low. Like 10-20 Kb file size, which I have to make the to be up to 48x48 inches at 300 dpi, I'm using Genuine fractals and Alien Jpeg repair so far, but the results aren't satisfactory... Also I tried the or enlarging the image by 110% in Photoshop, still no results....

Did anyone know software, plugin, or maybe a technique to enlarge really low res pic to a high res picture, I'll appreciate any suggestions...

10K - 20K file size is microscopic! It must be of very poor quality if it is that small. In order for Genuine Fractals to be effective, it needs 500KB (when opened / uncompressed). When you upsample in either GF or Photoshop, you are creating more new pixels by interpolation and the old expression "Garbage in = Garbage out" is very applicable here. Unless you can improve the quality of what you are feeding in, there is nothing out there that will give you the results you are looking for.

I've downloaded the demo for Qimage... But as far I find out by reading the manuals and searching through the menu of Qimage, it'a printing software that produce better printou quality, when printing low res images...
I need to resize the image and the to use it and create the design..

I would go as far as to say, it's impossible to resize such a small image to 48"x48" . There is just now way a 10-20kb file can be made that big, and be a usable image. In fact you would be lucky to get a good 6x4 out of it.
