Okay. Here's my latest challenge. I've been able to put some work into it, but I'm just not getting where I want to go. How else can I improve this photo? Or- is theere a better way to tackle it? I cleaned up the channels and played withthe levels on each channel. I appreciate any help.

Lots of artifacting. Neat Image or Noise Ninja may help

This is about as good as I could get it.

Multiple curves layers to adjust colour, with graduated layer masks working out from centre.

It got a little dull from doing this, so flattened image, and then applied a levels adj layer to increase contrast and brighten it up a touch.

Finally applied Neat Image to reduce noise.

Well I found that switching to cymk mode and viewing the channels showed the most distortion in the black and cyan channels and I tried to balance those out using apply image and levels adjustment layers. I did use neat image to remove some of the artifacting as well
