are we refering to the color?

assuming you are i'd say it seems to be a fairly simple curve.

in curves, go into the blue channel, take the highlight and drag that towards yellow (this will add a yellow tone into the whites)

then take the shadow and pull it towards blue (this will open up the shadow and create a blue cast)
