Being new to the forum, I can predict the subject has been discussed but could not find any trace of it...

Actually love the Tom Nagy's style: www.tomnagy.com

I realise that actual photos do matter (light, etc.) but it is obvious to me that colour balance, contrast and especially "foggy" background are what is typical to his photos and what he presumably does in Photoshop...

Does anyone know if there is a certain algorythm for getting similar result?

Will appreciate for advise!

Great stuff, thanks for the link.

It seems that there is part of Photoshop work in there. Some images has a slight HDR Tonemapping quality to them, although I doubt that is the technique. Its probably more selective Dodging the backgrounds ( like a blend between Diffuse Glow and Dodging ).

Very nice images. Inspiring.
