I am trying to see how I would go about finding someone to work with me on my photography. I retouch a lot of my own stuff now but am certainly no retoucher. I am starting to work on a fashion/beauty portfolio and need to come up with a look. I don't want my stuff to have that airbrushed look. I want my photos to look like national ads. I think my work is a great starting off point, I consider myself to be good at lighting composition and so forth and the one thing that separates the men from the boys as far as fashion photography goes is the retouching quality and models. Is there a way to find someone skilled enough to do great work (basically just have to be better then me which isn't hard) but is working on there own portfolio and would maybe do it for cheap. I know, I know people are always asking for photography for free also but believe me I see the value of a great retoucher but unfortunately don’t have a tom of money to throw around. Just let me know if you can lend some advice.

Thanks,
Wes
