Pic 1. Original file - On first sight, center of the lower lid require few elashes.
I will show to you, how I create them- step by step.

Pic 2. With stamp tool I clean-up some "noises". For this step I search the area for thick black points, and holes- and as you see I clean-up the place for the future eyelashes.
tip: I use in this step 1-2 point stamp-tool with align option off.

Pic 3. On the new layer I draw with 1-2 point brush tool new eyelashes. Just feel the rhythm of the other eyelashes- and draw.
tip: I use color picker several times to sample color.

Pic 4. Now with blur tool, I blur a little the drawing of the eyelashes. I burn them with burn tool, and sharpen.
tip: That is why you should use shortcuts- ROSRBOROOBORORSROROBOR :) That is all... just a hand drawing.

I can't really tell the difference.... o_O.

HI Stopa.... Nice job on the retouch on this lovely lady... As for the leashes, I would rather use lash brushes than to try to draw them, it's much faster then to draw them...
