this is a picture of my friend's little boy, i thought the picture was very cute but due to many factors wouldn't be a very good picture to frame, so i wanted to fix that for her. i took out her boyfriend in the background, and the car also, and took the chain link fence shadow off her son....i think maybe it could still be better but i'm overall pleased with it...please let me know what you think :D

thanks for ur input.....i just went in and cropped which i thought about before but was too lazy, and i think it really helps look better :D

Nice job on the cloning and patching.

I wish the framing were shifted to the right to include the entire fishing pole ... and perhaps a tangle of line or lure or even a plastic fish. Perhaps you can try one of those OOB mods ... with the pole projecting beyind a frame. Of course you would have to shoot the pole independently and work some photo-magic.

The subject is too cute and deserves an artful treatment ... you have a good start.

Pretty good. The general cleaning is well executed. I would just improve the finishing. The area where the bf was crouching looks "cloned". I say this because it looks like you can see a repeating pattern.

Finally, the area where the box/bucket thingy was, is darker than I'd expect in the general tonality of the image. You can almost see the roundness of the brush.

Maybe I'm being overly critical, knowing that this image had cloning done to it (hard being objective).

None-the-less, I'd perhaps crop out a little of the left side, and adjust levels/curves to give it some good ol' contrast. :)
