Does anyone know of a good reference book that takes you through the process of designing a website in Photoshop and then constructing it in DreamWeaver or GoLive? If not a book, how about a good tutorial?

I'd like to use Photoshop to design a site that is viewable at different resolutions and the graphics scale automaticaly without losing image quality (I know to set table widths to percentages as opposed to pixels but what scale do I design in). And I also seem to have trouble slicing up the design to bring it into Dreamweaver or GoLive.

Thanks for any help. :)

I've no personal experience with this book (http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Photoshop-CS2-Hands-Training/dp/0321331710/sr=8-3/qid=1159345823), but it's well reviewed, thick, and available used.
