PalmsYES! They are indeed Photoshop 7 compatible. No problems. :)

I confirmed by dragging/dropping the .abr file from the .zip window into the Photoshop window. This method automatically appended them to the Brushes palette. No need to nagivate the Load brushes... dialog this way.
